The Benefits of exercise are endless. Great for mind & body, strengthens bones, lowers cholesterol, decreases blood pressure to name just a few.
Exercise will bring about chemical changes, releasing Endorphins, reducing stress and improving your mood and that feeling of euphoria, sharpens your focus and memory.
As we get older excercise becomes more important, as we have less firing muscle fibres and the neuromuscular connection becomes less, reducing co-ordination and the risk of falling. With regular exercise we can improve or reduce the loss of mobility & flexibility, heart rate, & lean muscle mass, as well as the benefits of exercise mentioned above.
Regular strength training sessions are said to reverse these natural effects of aging!
Option 1.
1 to 1 PT track and train. £50 a session (or pay upfront for 12 sessions £480, a saving of £120!!)
Your BMI , heart rate, BMR, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and skinfold would be tracked and monitored.
Advice given on how many calories/ Macros you would need to consume to accomplish your goals. 1 hour training sessions tracked and recorded on a schedule.
Sessions would be held in my home gym.
Option 2.
1 to 1 PT training. £40 per session (or pay upfront for 12 sessions £360, a saving of £120!)
This will involve an initial blood pressure & BMI check, but not monitored, Personal training sessions that would be tracked and recorded on a schedule. Sessions will be held in my home gym.
Option 3.
Double Trouble training. 2 people only. £30 per session, Share the cost with a friend/ partner. (£15 each person). All sessions held outside at Sherwood park recreational park or Mitcham common. Initial physical readiness questionnaire would be completed prior to the first session.
