Sports & Fitness Camp

 

Designed to increase Power, Co-ordination, Balance & Agility, Speed & Reaction time.

 

This type of training can improve motor fitness or neuromuscular fitness, especailly in the older athlete as these neuromuscular connections become less with age, less firing fibres and risk of falling.

 

These will be held on a Saturday morning at 10:30am for

45 mins. either on Mitcham Common or at Sherwood Park Recreational grounds and cost £15.

 

These sessions will make use of Ladders, cones, slalom poles, hoops & hurdles.

 

Important: Advance payment will need to be made to guarantee your place as only a maximum of 10 spaces are available.

 

If you need to cancel for whatever reason, 24 hours notice will need to be given in order to receive a refund or can be banked for another Saturday session, but will need to be taken within 3 months of that initial booking. 

 

**These sessions are designed for those with an element of fitness, not for newbies to exercise**
